The Wyoming Quit Tobacco Program Program

The Wyoming Quit Tobacco Program is an online service available FREE to all eligible residents. When you become a member, a team of support coaches, research-based information, and a community of others trying to live tobacco free. Our coaches are available to discuss overcoming common barriers, such as: dealing with stress, fighting cravings, coping with irritability, and controlling weight gain.

We also offer a free telephone service, so you can speak to a coach in person. Through the telephone program you can receive a free supply of patches, gum or lozenges. Coaches determine if you are eligible to receive the patches, gum or lozenges. Contact a coach at 1-800-QUIT-NOW
